It was a night to remember for the Blues in Romania as we beat Steaua Bucharest 4-0 at the city's National Arena. Here, the official Chelsea website looks back at the trip through images...
On the eve of the game, as is always the case with European matches, Jose Mourinho addressed the world's media down in the basement of the National Arena.
Immediately after it was time for Mourinho to oversee our final training session ahead of the game. Here, he shares a joke with captain John Terry and Frank Lampard.
On the afternoon of the first team game, our Under-19s led the way with a 4-0 win over Steaua in the UEFA Youth League. It was an impressive display by Dermot Drummy's youngsters with John Swift [pictured above] and Alex Kiwomya each scoring a brace.
A few hours' later it was down to business for the first team. Here, the players pose for their pre-match team shot prior to kick-off.
Frank Lampard and Oscar are first on the scene to offer Ramires their congratulations after the Brazilian scored his second and our third goal on the night to put the game to bed.

It was all smiles at the final whistle as the players, after a brilliant display, thanked the travelling Chelsea faithful high up in the stands for their support.
