The new-look Chelsea Foundation Charity Lottery returns for the 2014/15 season with all proceeds supporting the Chelsea Foundation's award-winning community programmes.

There are hundreds of prizes to be won by fans taking part in the lottery each year, including the £10,000 annual jackpot, weekly cash prizes and a new £1,000 prize which will be given away every month.

Regular other prizes include matchday experiences, merchandise and exclusive photographs signed by the players. On top of that there is your chance to appear alongside the players and management in the official team photo, while a new monthly 'Mystery Prize' is also up for grabs.

All proceeds from the lottery will go towards funding the Foundation's vital work using sport to promote health, education and active lifestyles as well as tackling social exclusion, crime and youth offending.

Formed in 2010, the Chelsea Foundation brings together the Football in the Community and the Education department along with the club’s other charitable and community activities, including environment and anti-discrimination projects.
